Eduard Klena and Denisa Slavkovska are the Slovak artists (the winners of the competition) who were working for a month in Ukraine according to the exchange program between Nazar Voitovich Art residence and Kosice Artistik Residence. The output of the their work is two projects that are parts of the exhibition “in searching inside and outside”.
The Eduard Klena’s work collection “Ukrainian stories” descripts the experiences and illusion about the country that are creating in foreigners’ minds because of information obstacles. He was transforming his consciousness about Ukraine for a month and finally presented a collection of fake stories about Ukraine, also he made the map of thoughts related to the Ukrainian and Slovak relationship. He was dealing with mixed graphic techniques using a liner, spray, oil pastels and linoleum engraving. Clear graphic elements that are drawn accurately and often covered with colorful splashes with degraded contuar express the lack of information that is an abstract for clear understanding of the country, tradition and economical state.
Denisa Slavkovska is examining space and architecture as a space of existence measuring the level of availabilities and possibilities for a movement. Finally the project “Time of movement” appeared. It consists of a few graphic canvas as a plan of localization of the place where she had spend a month; and a few diaphanous paintings that is done on the acrylic resin with a dry nail techniques to show all the possible courses to reach a place. The projects are a tactile visual and sound installation that allow the audience better to understand the feeling of the artist while living in a new space. Splash with expressive colors have a touch-sound.

At the end of the project the following events will be organized:
- 27 Sept. – a meeting in a form of “Artistic Talks”, Gallery “Bunkermuz”, Ternopil.
- 28 Sept. – presentation in a gallery of the residence;
- 3-7 Oct. – exhibition “In search inside and outside” in Kyiv in the gallery “PortCreativeHub”
